PPW Show #10
Edison, NJ
Attendance: 156 Fans
Falcon Paunch def. Brian Costello by submission with a flying x knee hold at 8:19.
The Dojo Express def. The Redshirts when Toju Jukodo pinned Redshirt I after a sliding kenta kick at 20:53.
Sarah Truth def. Becky Stardust by submission with the Final Truth at 15:18.
Evander Farchild pinned Happy Hopeless after a wild bomb whip at 16:12.
HUGS pinned Fat Man X with an original German suplex at 14:08.
Once the bell rings, Harry Rollison enters the ring, with a mic. He mockingly applauds HUGS on his victory, then begins to talk.
Rollison: Good match there, good match. I could have beaten the man in half the time, but still good match. As you know, I have wanted for weeks now to match my tactics, as you call then, against your wrestling skills. I have to say, you’ve disappointed me. Time and again, I’ve offered the invitation, and time and again, you’ve turned the other way. What’s holding you back?
Rollison extends his arm to hand the mic to HUGS, but pulls it back before HUGS can take it.
Rollison: I know what it is! You say is this feeling of principals and honor that runs through you. Nah, I don’t buy that for one second. I think you’re scared, yellow with streaks running up and down your back as long as the roads are. You know you can’t beat me, so you hide behind imaginary ideals.
Rollison walks into HUGS face.
Rollison: I think you should have named yourself RUNS!
HUGS rips the mic from Rollison’s hand.
HUGS: Very cleaver, however, if you think that for one moment that your talk will goad me into wasting my time with the likes of you, you’re dead wrong. I’d rather see this league close its doors before I give you the satisfaction of being in the ring with me.
Hugs drops the mic and walks to the dressing room, not ever looking back at Rollison to see his reaction.
Blood Reign pinned Diablo Inferno at 14:53.
Bangkok Brawler/Korean Killer def. Jack B. Nimble/Jack B. Quick when Killer pinned Nimble at 16:19.
Kiku Murasaki pinned Sumatra after a jumping neck breaker at 17:40 to become the new PPW Women’s Champion.
As Carl Thomas raises Murasaki’s hand and presents her with the title belt, a figure can bee seen entering the ring, behind the new champion. It is a woman with a black mask with white trim, wearing faded blue jeans and a t-shirt covered with Japanese symbols. It has a red moon on the back with more Japanese symbols under it. She clobbers Murasaki from behind with a double axe handle, causing the champion to fall down face first and drop the belt. Carl Thomas tries to stop the attacker, but gets a forearm for his troubles. The woman sees Murasaki trying to get up, so she knees her in the head to keep her down. By this point, event security begins to enter the ring and the woman flees out a side door of the venue.
