PPW Show #19 10/29/2009
Dayton, NJ
Attendance: 109 Fans
Dark Matches
Hero of the Day def. Man of Destiny by submission with a Boston crab at 16:17.
Ryan Borden/Environment Bear def. Blood Reign/Diablo Inferno when Borden pinned Reign at 19:35.
The PPW logo appears on the screen, followed shortly by the start of the PPW theme. Clips of the PPW wrestlers are shown as well as highlights of the events of PPW. Once every wrestler has been featured at least once, the intro cuts to a shot of the current PPW champions standing in the ring holding their respective belts.
Curtis Kingsly: PPW brings to you eight exciting matches headlined with a PPW Women's Title match featuring new champion Unami Mukanami defending against Maria Gomez.
Nick Durham: Gomez has been close to the title before but has never been able to find a way to get that three count. Maybe tonight she does. Lord knows she could use the extra money.
Kingsly: Don't start with that already. We also have a Texas Tornado Match featuring the PPW Tag Team Champions Kandie and Kentucky taking on their fiercest opponents, Abdullah Majid and Sheik Hassan.
Durham: Now here is something that I don't understand, Curtis. If Majid and Hassan are currently the number one contenders in the PPW tag team standings, then why isn't this for the titles?
Kingsly: This is not a normal tag match, Nick. All four men will be allowed in the ring at the same time. PPW President Dale Veranda refused to sanction this as a title match. Although he understands the feelings that these two teams have for each other, he does not want this league's championships to be seen as just props. He wants the wrestlers to fight for them as they were originally intended.
Durham: Sounds like he's protecting Kandie and Kentucky's title reign.
Kingsly: I'm sure Majid and Hassan will get a title match if they take care of business tonight. We are about to get the show underway but before we do, we have an update on the condition of HUGS. On our last show, we saw Harry Rollison lure him up to the roof of the building and attack him with a crowbar to the ribs.
Durham: Curtis, he was just protecting himself from a possible assault from HUGS. You saw the look in his eyes.
Kingsly: Only after Rollison sucker punched him. No matter how you try to spin it, Nick, everyone knows Rollison had that whole attack planned out. Here's why we know about HUGS' condition. He has two cracked ribs along with some deep tissue bruises. He will be out about two months.
Durham: And it serves him right.
Kingsly: I know you'll just argue anything I say right now, so let's just go to the ring where Shane Corbin is ready with the introductions for Creeping Death and Falcon Paunch.
Shane Corbin: This next match is scheduled for one fall with a 20 minute time limit. Your referee is Mithos. Introducing first from Hamler, Ohio at a weight of 286 pounds. Here is Falcon Paunch! His opponent is from Delta, Colorado and weighed in at 253 pounds. Here is Creeping Death!
Creeping Death def. Falcon Paunch by submission at 14:07 with a Texas clover hold.
Kingsly: Creeping Death picks up the win with the Texas clover hold.
Durham: Guess Paunch had to go back to the buffet table. Didn't take him long to tap out to the hold.
Kingsly: Stop it! He was outclassed on this night.
Puppet Master can be seen heading to the announce table with the two men who attacked Izzligo on the last show.
Kingsly: Wait a minute! Why are you out here? What are you doing with these two guys?!
Puppet Master: Curtis Kingsly, I've been searching the world for men that I can mold to do my bidding, that I can use as I see fit, that will listen to me and me only. You would call them mercenaries. I call them my puppets.
Kingsly: So you are the one behind these two men! Them explain why they attacked Izzligo.
Master: It's simple, Curtis Kingsly. Ever since this company started, I've had bad feelings about this Izzligo creature. I've taught my puppets to share these feelings. So when Izzligo approached them, they responded just as I programmed them to, to attack the swamp creature.
Kingsly: So you've brought these two men...
Master: They are not men, they are my puppets and I am their master.
Kingsly: Ok, so you brought your puppets to do your bidding for you.
Master: Correct. My puppets do my work so I can focus on matters more important to me.
Kingsly: I get you, your puppets are nothing more than hired goons so you can do what you want.
Master: My puppets will do anything I tell them. If I were to tell them to run you off right now, they'd do it. I have pulled their strings so that they will eliminate Izzligo from PPW. What the Puppet Master wants, the Puppet Master will get.
Puppet Master leaves the announce table, and his puppets follow behind. Master heads to the ring, while his puppets go back to the locker room.
Kingsly: Well, we have the answer to the mystery of those men who were sitting at the shows for the last month and a half or so.
Durham: What a brilliant plan. Have others do for you so you are not tied up and can do other things.
Kingsly: Puppet Master is such a coward for having two men take care of his business. However, Puppet Master is in action next as he will be wrestling Sid the Mad. Let's go to Shane Corbin for the introductions.
Corbin: This contest is scheduled for one fall with a 20 minute time limit. Your referee is Trog. Introducing first from Jasper, Florida and weighing in at 248 pounds, here is Sid the Mad! His opponent is from Adrian, Texas and weighed in at 253 pounds. This is the Puppet Master.
Sid the Mad pinned Puppet Master at 12:39.
Kingsly: Sid the Mad with the victory!
Durham: That was low. Sid the Mad had the tights.
Kingsly: He did not! Sid the Mad wrestled a clean match. I'm surprised that Puppet Master didn't use his puppets to assault Sid the Mad like he had them assault Izzligo.
Durham: Quit crying, Kingsly! If it was one of the so called good guys in the sport, you would be wanting an investigation!
Kingsly: Nick, you are so delusional. We have a tag team match up as Jack B. Nimble and Jack B. Quick look to upset the Korean Killer and Bangkok Brawler. Shane Corbin is ready fro the introductions.
Corbin: This is a tag team match scheduled for one fall with a 30 minute time limit. Your referee is Fraught. Introducing first, at a total combined weight of 453 pounds, Jack B. Nimble and Jack B. Quick! Their opponents are at a total combined weight of 538 pounds. Here are the Korean Killer and Bangkok Brawler!
Jack B. Nimble/Jack B. Quick and the Korean Killer/Bangkok brawler wrestled to a time limit draw. 30:00
Kingsly: If I'm not mistaken, that's the first tag team match to end in a time limit draw.
Durham: Nimble and Quick ran the entire 30 minutes. That should count as a win for Killer and Brawler.
Kingsly: They did nothing of the sort! They fought hard the entire time. Although they didn't win, Nimble and Quick earned the draw. Nick, it's time for our first women's match as Bad Moon Mashita will see action against Hanami Shioya.
Durham: Shioya has been having trouble rising up the ranks here in PPW. Mashita has been locked on Kiku Murasaki even since she arrived in PPW, even getting Black Flower on her side.
Kingsly: Shane Corbin is ready with the introductions.
Corbin: This is a women's match scheduled for one fall. Your referee is Carl Thomas. Introducing first from Tokyo, Japan and weighing in at 115 pounds, here is Bad Moon Mashita! Her opponent is from Esashi, Japan. She weighed in at 121 pounds. Here is Hanami Shioya!
Bad Moon Mashita pinned Hanami Shioya after a face kneed lift at 14:47.
Kingsly: I think Mashita knocked out Shioya with that knee lift to the face.
Durham: Mashita does not seem to care if you are liked or hated by the fans, she's just going to knock you silly if you give her the chance.
Kingsly: She looked to have done just that in that match.
Sumatra and Kiku Murasaki walk to the announce table. Sumatra takes the mic from the table.
Sumatra: Hey, Mashita! You and Black Flower like to jump people from behind, two on one? Well, myself and Murasaki will give you two the chance. We are challenging you two to a tag team elimination match. If you pin either one of us before we pin either of you, you'll then have a two on one advantage. How about it?
Mashita nods her head yes before leaving the ring and heading back to the dressing room.
Kingsly: Sumatra and Kiku Murasaki are fed up with being jumped from behind by Bad Moon Mashita and Black Flower.
Durham: So they are going to give them the chance to jump them in a match?
Kingsly: Only if Mashita and Flower are able to eliminate Sumatra or Murasaki. Then it'll be two on one.
Durham: I like this idea.
Kingsly: We'll see if you still like it after that match ends. Up next we have Joseph Smith and Happy Hopeless. Nick, I wonder if any of Joseph Smith's preachings will have any effect on Hopeless.
Durham: I think they won't. Look at the last name, Hopeless. That should give you all you need to know. Godless freak.
Kingsly: Shane Corbin is ready. Let's go to the ring for the introductions.
Corbin: This match is scheduled for one fall with a 20 minute time limit. Your referee is Mithos. Introducing first, from God's Kingdom and weighing in at 220 pounds, here is Joseph Smith! His opponent is from Wolcott, New York and weighed in at 242 pounds. Here is Happy Hopeless!
Happy Hopeless pinned Joseph Smith with a la magistral at 7:43
Kingsly: Hopeless pins Smith with the la magistral in a quick match.
Durham: Smith has been forsaken, Curtis.
Kingsly: Would serve him right for all the jibberish he tries to sell to the other wrestlers in the locker room.
Durham: He's a man of the Lord, Kingsly!
Kingsly: No, he's not. He's all about himself. We have Fat Man X taking on Lethal Machine.
Durham: I have a feeling Fat Man X is going to become a smear mark on the mat by the time this ends.
Kingsly: Maybe he won't. Let's go to Shane Corbin.
Corbin: This contest is scheduled for one fall with a 20 minute time limit. Your referee is Trog. Introducing first from Ayden, North Carolina and weighing in at 440 pounds, here is Fat Man X! His opponent is from Clayton, New Mexico and weighed in at 299 pounds. Here is the Lethal Machine!
Lethal Machine pinned Fat Man X after a chokeslam at 5:07.
Kingsly: A chokeslam to Fat Man X!?
Durham: Told you Fat Man X would become a stain on the mat by the end of it.
Kingsly: How do you chokeslam a man 440 pounds?
Durham: He's not a man, he's a machine. He has unlimited strength.
Kingsly: Even though I know what you just said is nothing but bull, I'm going to move on. We have out Texas Tornado match up next as Abdullah Majid and Sheik Hassan will fight it out with Kandie and Kentucky. Both men will be in the ring at the same time.
Durham: A lot of anger and frustration can be vented in a match like this, Curtis.
Kingsly: Indeed it can. Lets go up to the ring where Shane Corbin is waiting with the introductions.
Corbin: Ladies and gentlemen, this is a Texas Tornado match scheduled for one fall with a 30 minute time limit. Your referee is Fraught. Introducing first at a total combined weight of 517 pounds, here are Abdullah Majid and Sheik Hassan! Their opponents, weighing at a total combined weight of 485 pounds, the PPW Tag Team Champions, Kandie and Kentucky.
Abdullah Majid/Sheik Hassan def. Kandie/Kentucky in a Texas tornado match when Majid pinned Kandie after a vertical backdrop at 15:16.
Kingsly: Majid pins Kandie after a vicious vertical backdrop.
Durham: Does that prove to you now that Majid and Hassan should be tag team champions?
Kingsly: It's hard to argue the point. Majid and Hassan just pinned one of the tag team champions. PPW President Dale Veranda will surely see this match soon enough. However, it is time for our main event for the PPW Women's Championship. Shane Corbin is ready for the introductions.
Corbin: Ladies and gentlemen, this is our main event of the evening at it is for the PPW Women's Championship. It is scheduled for one fall with a 60 minute time limit. Your referee is Carl Thomas. Introducing first, the challenger. She is from Allende, Mexico and weighed in at 116 pounds. Here is Maria Gomez! Her opponent is from Towada, Japan and weighed in at 114 pounds. She is the PPW Women's Champion, Unami Mukanami!
Unami Mukanami pinned Maria Gomez with a flying rolling pin at 19:13 to retain the PPW Women's Title.
Kingsly: Gomez comes up just a bit short again.
Durham: Guess she'll still be shopping at Goodwill for her clothes.
Kingsly: Knock it off.
Lethal Machine arrives at the announce table. He takes a mic that's sitting there.
Machine: Evander Farchild, I want the next shot at the PPW Title. Do not keep me waiting.
Machine throws the mic to the floor, breaking it on impact.
Kingsly: Lethal Machine making a challenge for the PPW Title.
Durham: And judging by what he was able to do to that mic just by slamming it to the floor, Evander Farchild better not make him wait.
Kingsly: That's some sound wisdom. For Nick Durham, I'm Curtis Kingsly. Good night everyone.
Highlights of the events and matches are shown to close out the show as the PPW theme plays in the background.
